Blue Psychology may collect personal information and health information including your name, date of birth, contact details, Medicare and referral information where relevant, appointment and billing information, and information provided through booking, intake, contact forms or consultations.

Information may be collected through the Halaxy booking process, referral uploads during booking, direct contact from you, consultations, and the website contact form.
Why information is collected
Information is collected to arrange appointments, provide psychological services, manage Medicare and billing administration, communicate with clients, and meet legal, ethical and professional obligations.
Use and disclosure
Blue Psychology does not sell personal or health information. Information may be disclosed where you consent, where required for Medicare, billing or administration, where required or authorised by law, where necessary to prevent a serious risk to life, health or safety, or where professional obligations require it.
Telehealth and third-party services
Halaxy is used for booking and appointment administration. Video appointments are conducted online. Clients should choose a private space and secure internet connection where possible.
Storage and security
Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal and health information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Access and correction
You can request access to or correction of your personal information, subject to legal and professional obligations.
Website analytics and cookies
The Blue Psychology website does not currently use analytics. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated.
